These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Parezar. By accessing or using the Parezar platform, including our website, mobile application, or any affiliated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Parezar operates as a digital platform facilitating interactions between legal professionals and users seeking legal services. The platform may only be used by individuals over the age of 18 who are legally capable of forming binding contracts. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their provided information. Accounts created under false identities or with fraudulent intent may be suspended or terminated without notice.

Users agree to use the platform in good faith and for lawful purposes only. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to harassment, impersonation, uploading defamatory or obscene content, distributing malicious code, and interfering with the platform's operations or security. Legal professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the advice, content, or documents they provide.

Parezar is not a legal services provider and does not offer legal advice. All legal interactions and advice are delivered solely by third-party legal professionals registered on the platform. Parezar shall not be held responsible for the outcome of any legal matter, nor for advice or content shared by legal professionals.

The platform may offer free and paid services. Subscription fees and promotional services are charged according to the plan selected, and all payments must be made through approved payment gateways. Refunds are governed by a separate refund policy available upon request.

All content posted by users remains their intellectual property. However, by using the platform, users grant Parezar a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display the content for operational and promotional purposes related to the service. Legal professionals agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client-related data and comply with professional standards and obligations applicable in their jurisdiction.

Parezar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the six months preceding the claim.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, abuse, non-compliance with laws, or at our sole discretion if continued access may harm other users or the platform. Users may discontinue use at any time.

Any disputes arising from the use of Parezar shall be governed by the applicable laws of the territory in which the platform operates. Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation or mediation before seeking judicial remedies.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform and communicated to users. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
